Description:QPS Employment Group continues to grow and we are adding a Recruiter to the HR team at the corporate office in Brookfield, WI.

This position will be part of a team that carries out all aspects of the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring functions of internal employees for our QPS locations. The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to identify key recruiting needs and to utilize effective recruitment strategies that will attract and retain top talent. The role requires strong skills in leadership, relationship building and critical thinking.

The Recruiter will take pride and personal interest in helping find the best talent to work at QPS Employment Group.

Duties:• Facilitate the recruitment process, identify prospects, screen applicants, interview, administer testing, reference and background checks, extend offers of employment and any other related duties
• Maintain organizational hiring list
• Update and maintain job postings
• Compose and type routine correspondence including rejection letters and interview schedules
• Maintain applicant data base; enters, logs and updates applicants in candidate database
• Ensure that all necessary applicant paperwork is complete and filed appropriately
• Work diligently with hiring managers throughout the recruiting and hiring process; this includes creating job descriptions, candidate selection, scheduling interviews, and follow up
• Develop and maintain relationships at various branch locations to foster positive manager/employee relations with HR Recruiter
• Make recommendations to the Human Resources Director and team regarding new and better ways to attract, hire and retain diversified applicants
• Remain knowledgeable of current Human Resources/Recruiting issues and topics
• Travel to QPS office locations on occasion
Qualifications:• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2- 5 years of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process experience required
• Recent experience in strategic sourcing via social media, job boards and social networking sites
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Bullhorn preferred
• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving history
• Ability to travel to QPS office locations on occasion
• Handle a fast pace environment and multitasking
• Operate with professional and confidential mannerism
• Employ high levels of integrity
• Ability to travel to QPS office locations on occasion
